The
phenomenon code "98" can only be used for campaign claims (i.e.,
A****, B****, D****) designated by HML.
In case of
application claim that you enter "98" in the phenomenon code and the
authorized designated campaign number in process number column is blank, please
note the claim will not be able to accept by HML.
